Optometrist
Dr. Michael Pham earned a bachelor's degree in genetics from the University of Western Ontario and a doctorate in optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois. He received his training at the Veterans Affairs medical centers in Huntington, West Virginia, and Gainesville, Florida. His professional interests include primary eye care and contact lenses.
Dr. Pham has been a prominent optometrist in the Fort Myers area for over 20 years. Dr. Pham's experience encompasses primary care, low vision assessments, and geriatrics, with a focus on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of ocular disease. Beginning at the age of eight, he performs full eye tests for his patients. He assesses patients for dry eye disease, glaucoma, and pre and post-operative treatment for cataract and eyelid surgery. He is trained in contact lens fitting, including numerous speciality lenses.
Dr. Pham is a member of the American Optometric Association as well as the Florida Optometric Association.
