Walmart Brand Contacts

In February 2013, Walmart will launch its own private Equate brand of contact lenses “to give customers even more contact lens options at low prices.” At this point in time we don’t know the parameters of these lenses and will be very interested in finding out who actually manufactures them. We’ll keep you updated when clinical studies of the new lenses from Walmart are published. At Sanibel Eyecare we use contacts from well-respected major manufacturers such as Ciba, Bausch & Lomb and Coopervision.
