This position requires an exceptional multi-talented individual who focuses on ensuring optical excellence and promoting the Sanibel Eyecare brand. Our locations are in retail/tourism areas and we also provide medical eye care. We reward individuals who are curious, efficient and pay attention to details. Excellent socials skills, optical experience, including contact lens, is required. Social media knowledge are highly prized. As a team member you can look forward to paid continuing education events and travel. Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients/patients to assess and educate them on their eyewear wants & needs.
  • Engage and create unique, personalized experiences with each customer.
  • Inspect prescriptions, take optical measurements and trouble-shoot any optical issues.
  • Ensure the consistent delivery of the in-store Sanibel Eyecare experience.
  • Go the extra mile to create personal and unique experiences for each customer.
  • Keep up to date on current fashion, eyewear trends and optical product designs.
  • Innovate, share and deploy best business practices throughout the organization.

Job Title: Client Experience Associate

Department: Store Operations

Dr. Michael Pham OD/Sanibel EyeCare strives to deliver an extraordinary shopping and patient experience, and as a Client Experience Associate, this will be your specialty. You will kill customers with kindness and knock their socks off every day with absolutely stellar service! As a team member you can look forward to paid continuing education events and travel. Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Master our internal management systems in order to efficiently and effectively process patient information and maintain relationships throughout the business cycle.
  • Channel customer insights to all areas of the business such as technology, marketing, design and product
  • Research ways to improve our service, streamline our processes, and better serve our clients/patients
  • Think creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer’s experience

Job Title: Doctor of Optometry

Department: Clinic Operations
Reports to: Operations Director

Doctors of  Optometry act as representatives for our brand, educating patients about our mission and values while providing impeccable professional and patient care. Dr. Michael Pham OD/Sanibel Eyecare is are 15 year old professional optometry practice that offer eyewear and eyecare by leveraging the latest techniques and technologies, while contributing to our local environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform excellent comprehensive eye exams including dilated fundus exams in a efficient and timely manner
  • Act as a representative for our brand to help educate and excite others about our mission and values
  • Ensure flawless accuracy in taking measurement and diagnosing ocular conditions
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge as well as accurately describing feature and benefits of various lenses and our frames
  • Comfortably explain eye health, eyewear, and prescription terminology to patients
  • Innovate and share best practices for eye care throughout the organization.
