To secure an appointment please click this link; you’ll need a credit card, just like making an online travel booking.  An e-mail confirmation and a phone call from us will help you remember the date.

Need to cancel? Just click on the link in your confirmation e-mail, up to 8 hours before your appointment time. Your courtesy will allow us adequate time to schedule other patients who need access to care.

There is a $25 charge for no-show or appointments that are not canceled in a timely manner.
